From them telling me I don't have the appointment they made me 20 minutes before to insisting we go for an X-ray we just had, to ordering the X-ray on the wrong leg, to the Dr didn't want the X-ray after waiting over an hour for it...we found out they scheduled us with the wrong provider, he couldn't treat my daughter so they wanted us to come back in a few days??? All of this topped off by a rude receptionist that yelled at me because she couldn't read the Drs hand writing. Stay as far away as you can.. it was not one mistake, it was one train wreck after another.

You can't pay your bill until it arrives in the mail (on-line you need the account number which is only on the mailed bill, and they can't send you a copy of your corrected bill via text or email). The mistakes are purely DuBois. We have used Clearfield Penn Highlands and they are much better. Different level of service.
