The doors to the Cacique doors were locked with no indication that customers are supposed to use the Lane Bryant doors to enter both stores. I went in looking for a specific item, I looked the store over while two employees chatted at the front of the store and neither greeted me nor did they ask me if I needed assistance. It's possible the item I was looking for was there and I just couldn't find it but I walked out empty handed and disappointed in this experience. Unlikely I'll be back to this location.

I called customer service and they said sorry and really didn't care that they were losing a long time loyal customer. Their customer service department needs to realized that first you need to care to work in customer service. They don't care.
