Changing our initial design midway through the construction denying that the design they were doing was different to the initial agreed upon design. Claiming it was just lighting and weather difference when the shape of the bricks themselves were different. It was also clear that the bricks they used were not high quality and not worth the high price we paid for the whole quote A horrendous attitude constantly bringing the children into the discussion who could clearly see the excuses he was pulling however were anxious and just wanted the work to just be done. He would blackmail us by saying he wouldn't complete the work until we payed him a deposit which was never agreed upon and when we asked to make a contract he would be so rude over the whole thing claiming no one ever asks for a contact. Mind you by this point our front garden has been completely destroyed and it would take a while to find a new set of builders. There was also an instance where the builders just didn't show up for a week leaving a big mess in the front that we had to clear up as to not cause an issue for our neighbours and the neighbouring school nearby. Now hat the work is done it clearly looks sloppy with many cracks in between the bricks and materials left everywhere on our property and the pavement outside. The council have come to ask for who did our driveway as they left such a big mess and they have complained to them yet no one has come to take care of the pavement which clearly shows their lack of regard for their work once they have received their payment. The way this company treats their employees is also dreadful making many of them work many hours of unpaid overtime. Overall the attitude and lack of care made the whole experience dreadful and I highly suggest finding another company if you want your work done.

Avoid!! Good competitive price, work began promptly…read more Poor quality hardcore containing all sorts of "builders rubbish" Drive finished quickly, money wanted immediately after completion. Then problems began, it became apparent drive was uneven and had sunk in several places, concrete edging infills were cracking up, sand swept in kept disappearing under blocks. Path sloped inwards on both sides resulting in a puddle in the middle of path outside back door! Poor phone contact after completion, almost impossible! When contact was achieved excuses were made as to why things hadn't been done. Drive completed in early March 2018 and still hasn't been rectified in May 2018. No receipt provided after payment made, no official paper work signed for guarantee. Location address posted on several websites including this one is no longer occupied and when company confronted about this cagey response and question avoided unable to obtain correct address! No satisfactory resolution to any of our questions.
