I got a call 2 weeks ago and they said they had an opening at a hospital. I was more open to this since I was told about the company. I went for interviews with aerotek and the hospital. I was offered the job. I go to orientation at aerotek. They said they needed a drug test that tests for nicotine. (Mind I live an hour and a half away from this company) I told the woman I smoke cigarettes. She then told me I was disqualified for the position. I WAS NEVER TOLD I WOULD BE TESTED ON THIS! the manager Katie comes in and starts yelling at me with no introduction. She said that I made the company look bad and I put them in a bad position. She had no care me. Just the way it made her and the company look. This place is a huge joke. If you get a call from them, don't go in. All they care about is getting you in a horrible job, just to benefit themselves. If they call you in for an interview, save yourself the trouble and don't bother with these terrible people.

While I was using the computers, I eavesdropped on other people who were there to satisfy if some nebulous requirement for various welfare benefits. Some of them seemed genuinely interested in securing a job, while others seemed put upon to even go through the motions of seeking employment. Who knows? Only those peoples' shadows. I've never seen all of the computers in use, and you can use them as much as you want and for as long as you want. With the caveat that you can only use the computers for job seeking activities. You can print for free, and you can fax for free. Only, of course, for job seeking stuff. Pick up the monthly schedule for seminars on resume writing, interviewing, and other stuff. The guys at the front desk will help you, and they are very adept and capable of answering any of your questions. You can scan stuff here, and email yourself the output as an attachment. They will provide the necessary thumb drive and instructions on how to do so. They'll set you up with an account that you can access from anywhere. All jobs are searchable with customizable parameters.
