Great selection, great prices, and helpful team. Chico is the best helper. Highly recommend this nursery.

This place has terrible customer service. For starters their website doesn't work properly so you can't check inventory before hand or come prepared with documents needed for account setup. After driving an hour to get there the manager Dale was unable to communicate what was even needed in order to set up an account or willing to work with our landscapers account that we're working with. It was as if he was not interested in doing business at all! He made it very difficult and we felt unwelcome and that our money was no good. Now our landscaper has to open an account with another nursery just so that we can do our clients project. What a waste of time. read more

Buyer beware. This nursery does not carry a 30 day warranty on plants. I spend over 3K on landscaping 2 weeks ago only to have all of my sky pencil holly come down with black spot fungus and start dying off. The nursery carries no warranty and will not replace these dead bushes. Nothing else in my yard that was existing has black spot...yet everything that was planted from them is now dying?! What a horrible business policy. Go with the small/local establishments where good business and carrying for your clients comes first. Shame on you landmark! I'll never give you my business again. read more
