Mediocre apartment management company specializing in low income house, Rural Development and Section 8. In our complex in Salem, Indiana the apartment manager by the name of Sonnja was covering up for known drug abusers and people smoking marijuana on the premises. Anyone that brought up a complaint was threatened with eviction even though such complaints are valid under Federal Fair Housing Act. They need to do a much better job of reining in their apartment managers because last manager by the name of Danielle Bohlen in Salem, IN was involved in having her direct relative living in a unit without paying rent and not properly performing certification of income and assets in violation of federal law. Add in trash in the lawns, trash on the sidewalks, trash on the parking lot to the point that its a regular problem. read more
