This auction house is in Ennis Texas. If you live in Dallas/Ft. Worth please know that they will only voice call you if you win an item, there will be no email or text. You will then have hours to come pick up the item. If you miss that small window you can either drive to Ennis on a weekday- and it will be hard if you have a job. I think they are open like 4 hours each day during peak office hours, or you can wait for the next auction. They seem honest and kind, but not overly anxious to do business with locals. I guess this auction house has a shipping business model. Complicating this problem is the fact that if you use HiBid, you will only see a Status box, not a win box. Won some comics at auction, contacted the auction house to arrange shipping, someone took my credit card info the day of pickup, last I heard from them until I got an invoice several days later claiming I haven't paid. Emailed back, called, texted, never heard another word from the auction company. Credit card was never changed, comics never shipped, phones never answered and emails never returned, deal with these guys might as well toss your efforts into a black hole, may get better results read more
