What ever you do, stay away from this business. I started an eviction with Landlord solutions, but then asked them to stop the process. Without my knowing it, they went ahead and served my tenants without telling me, and then billed me for it 2 years later. When I called them on the phone to find out why I was being billed after 2 years with no contact from them, Sam yelled at me over the phone. It was like talking to a little kid and very unprofessional. If you are looking for someone to do your eviction process for you, keep looking and avoid this business. read more

I used this company several years ago to assist with an eviction. They were great and got everything done in a timely and professional manner. I called few weeks ago and asked them to help me again. I sent them my paperwork and agreed to have it reviewed by an attorney. I expected to have all of this done within a few days. One week later I still had not heard back from them and called their office several times asking for an update. Finally, Sam called me back saying that the copy I sent was not readable. Why wasn't I told that right after I submitted it? I resent it and he said it was now readable. Several days went by again and still not response, I called again and was told that the attorney had not reviewed it yet. Finally, after 2 weeks I got an email from the attorney. The "review" only cited Oregon Law and was very confusing. All I wanted from the review was a "yes" or "no" that I had followed the guidelines. Totally not helpful! I called Sam to talk about it and tell him how confused I was by all of this and all he did was read me back what the attorney wrote. When I told him how unhappy I was with the service and the "review" he got defensive and said "what do you expect for $35.00?". He tried to blame the whole thing on my copies being unclear and took no responsibility for bad customer service. I wasted 2 weeks waiting on this company, it was an incredibly frustrating experience. I will pay the $35.00 for the attorney review but with will never use them again. They were very unprofessional. read more
