The owner was at first condescendingly dismissive then aggressively rude when I mentioned that I was uncomfortable having to walk past a floor to ceiling curtain-less window to get from the bathroom to the bedroom in the 'family rooms' area of the hotel, and that the bathroom smelled strongly of mildew.
