It's actually built to be a small fishmonger where you can buy all kinds of fresh seafood from king sized prawns to mussles or various fish filets or even whole fish. The staff is always kind and it's a family-run business. My absolute favourite is "Fischbruch" with potatoe salad (note: best potatoe salad you will ever have). I've had it thousands of times and it's my Austrian equivalent to the renowned British 'Fish and Chips'. Fischbruch are the small off-cuts of the cod filets which are being breaded and then deep fried. But that's not the only thing they offer. They have a daily special for only 9€ including a side dish of your choice, which is a real bargain if you ask me! Definitely worth a try!

Not fantastic. Severely overpriced. Why overpriced? €24 for a tuna steak. Nothing huge and not…read moreprepared in a unique manner. Tasteless tuna which cane with nothing else. Side salad if €6 which was arugula, vinaigrette and too much salty parmigiana. Soup tasted like the seafood spaghetti with rubbery and tasteless prawns and squid and mussels. Good bread - however the seafood spread that accompanied the bread was, for all intents and purposes, tuna salad. The special butter was just salted butter. So all in all not so innovative or extraordinarily delicious food. And wow was it expensive! Find the little Spanish hole-in-the-wall closer to Schloßberg and feel more at home and less stuffy. Word of warning: the bathroom is outside and around the corner. Fine in good weather. But a bit "rustic" when inclement weather. (Black permanent texter/marker/Sharpie denotes male/female. The front section is a smoking area ... I was first placed in the passage - with the cigarette smell in my nose I asked to be reseated. I was offered another table until 8pm - great. After that everything went super great: tuna tartare and linguine with sea food were excellent. Really excellent. Love to come back for more food - with reservations
