Tried to get my ex to sign for the last 4 years. Terry has had to make revisions after revisions to the paperwork. Yesterday I was able to get the now ex to sign his portion. At the end he ended up signing Jack or Jake I can't remember was beyond amazing on getting the ex to write his portion of the paperwork. I AM FREE! I get my judgement in the mail in 3-4 weeks. I would have taken a picture of the signing yesterday but the Ex was already pissy and I didn't want him not to sign Go here. I promise will not regret the decision. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart.

I never imagined I'd find myself leaving entrepreneurship and returning to a traditional 9-to-5 job, but that's where life led me. I also never thought I would need to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy a second time, yet here I was facing that reality. When I called Tom, reintroducing myself after all these years, he immediately remembered who I was. Tom walked me through the process step by step, answered every question I had, and was always available when I needed guidance or reassurance. Most importantly, he treated me with compassion and respect--never judgment. If you're looking for an attorney who genuinely cares about his clients and sees them as people, not just cases, I highly recommend Tom. His professionalism, knowledge, and kindness made an overwhelming situation much easier to navigate.
