We recently worked with Real Estate Broker Joe McNally, owner of REMAX Together in Big Rapids…read moreMichigan, to sell our home. My brother is a real estate agent in Florida and he told me that he would investigate who are the best agents in the Big Rapids area. He made many calls and telephone interviewed several local agents and then came to an easy conclusion that Joe McNally is the King of real estate sales in our area. He told me that he has a large office with many associates and staff members. He added that true real estate agents hire professionals to photograph and video the property for sale - they do not perform these marketing functions themselves. This is exactly how Joe operated. Joe was the ultimate professional with significant energy where he managed his resources well and had my house sold in weeks, not months, even when interest rates were on a roller coaster. He listed our house at a price 10% higher than any other agent indicated and he achieved that number in the end. We know that luck comes in play many times, but the harder you work the luckier you get. We are extremely happy with our experience with Joe McNally. He went above and beyond working to help us prepare, was a great communicator, and was always quick to answer our questions and concerns. He eased our worries and genuinely cared about us as individuals. He knows everyone connected to the real estate industry in this area and has years of experience. Joe worked alongside us, letting us know what was going on every step of the way. We HIGHLY recommend JOE McNALLY and the Remax Together team especially if you want your home professionally marketed and sold where you need to do almost nothing. He treats you like family and always brings his A-game. Even his business card says, "SOLD" and that is the only answer you want hear in real estate. Dr. Cecil and Cyndi Queen
