Someone called me a few minutes later stating they had availability the next day at 10:30am and asked me to send a picture of my nails for reference. I was told I would receive a response with a price. 4 hours later, no response. I sent a follow up message asking if the appointment was confirmed (around 530pm). No response again. Called the salon and left a message on the answering machine. No return call. The next day I see that the girl who originally called me text me at 10:15pm, which is completely unprofessional. To top it off, her message said she double booked and now wanted to reschedule for a different day. If this is how you run you salon, no thank you. I will not be returning due to your staff's lack of professionalism and inability to return calls and messages.

The same day I got the nails done, I started noticing the chrome wearing off. It has not even been a week and the nails look worn. The gold and pearl finishes are fading on every nail. For a 170$ manicure (not including tip or the pedicure, which is holding up great!) I'd expect AT LEAST 2 week longevity. I'm not one to make reviews but these are my bridesmaid nails and I am embarrassed to show up to my event like this today. Unfortunately, I have not had any time due to my work to come in to fix them so I can't vouch for how the salon handles situations like this.

I feel like I have little balls on my fingernails. I'm a bit disappointed, they're pretty terrible for even a basic full set. Please do more training and practice.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to, I don't understand how they're even in business…read more I went in yesterday for a Gel X removal and a gel manicure. It took an hour and 40 minutes and the nail tech couldn't fully remove my Gel X (which is ridiculous, I get my Gel X perfectly removed, re-done, and nail art at my usual spot in an hour. The only reason I came here is because we're staying with family and I can't go to my usual spot in Hollywood but honestly I wish I had just made the drive over there). She didn't fully remove it and she made my nails so brittle to the point where all of my nail beds are warped, one of them was bleeding, all of them were filed unevenly and at different lengths, and anything that involves me using my hands is painful now. I told her my nails have never hurt so much from getting a service done and the most she did was discount me $5. $45 for her to completely obliterate my nails and for me to be in pain doing any normal task is absolutely ridiculous. Today, the gel is peeling off of 4 of the nails and I'm still in a ton of pain from how much she filed off and the Gel X still being there. When I saw all the peeling, I called to request a refund and they told me they'll only offer a service but no refunds. There's no way in hell I would let anyone from this salon touch my nails again. I could not recommend this place less, as soon as I saw I was the only customer, I should've left immediately. Not once did they even apologize for this. I regret giving them a single penny, save yourself the trouble and look for a different nail salon. They don't deserve anyone's business.

Which is 30. And then I paid 5 for cuticle remover which is 35. Then eyebrow waxing is 8, so that's 43. Somehow they managed to charge me 48 plus the 50 cent card fee so 48.50. When I finally left and got in my car she RAN OUT and blocked the way and said that they needed to charge me 5 more dollars for the cuticle remover that they already charged me for! The lady made me go back inside and charged for another 5.50 because of the card fee. My sister caught all of this on a snapchat video. It was very embarrassing and I just wanted to get the hell out of there. My toe hurts so bad, and it looks very red and swollen. I have never had such a rough pedicure in my life. She really dug her tools in there and was not gentle at all. She was very sweet personality wise, but besides that, this was the worst pedicure experience I've ever had.

Space looks a little old even though it's only 3-4 years old. I didn't notice if my nail technician opened a new bag of sterilized tools for me (bad on me for not paying attention) but they looked clean. Jet spas were lined with plastic bags. Massage chairs were clean. Drying station had organized magazines on top. Friendliness - welcoming host. She didn't rush me. I was able to get in without an appointment. My technician, Jane, was the friendliest of them all! It's nice to be able to chat while getting my nails done. Color selection - ok. They have all the basics. For gel they use Wave Gel. I didn't get gel this time but I'm going to try it out next time. Cost - comparable to the area. For a basic manicure I paid $12 plus a pedicure package for $35. Overall without tip I paid $47. It's still a little too high for me considering I was able to pay $20 for a mani/pedi in West Covina, but this is just about right for the area. I was expecting it to be a little cheaper though, I think $40 would have been a better price :). Overall a good place as my backup. I don't think it's good enough to be my number 1 nail spot yet.
