Came in with my kids. Medically fragile- foster kids that have been through abuse and other things that have adversely affected their health. The worker told us to wear masks. I told her I am fully vaccinated (J&J) and the kids cannot wear theirs due to health reasons. She said- we will still ask them to wear masks. So we turned around and left since they don't seem to care about the health of everyone- and would prefer to put my kids INTO the hospital (again) instead of understanding that they cannot wear them. Their policy- their choice. But I will take my business elsewhere. My choice. Just figured I'd share. Especially since she was rude about it. read more

Service was fine; the salesperson was friendly and helpful. Selection used to be better at the other location-could have been a fluke. Prices have gone up so I was disappointed in this latest trip. read more

Per their website " non-profit organization working to connect community excess to those who can use it creatively. LCR aims to inspire creativity, and encourage reuse through providing educational and community outreach programming." How lucky we are in Lancaster to have a place like this! Very similar to Art of Recycle in Ephrata but on a smaller scale. Here you'll find all kinds of materials; new and used to craft and create with. Bring the kids, they have a table and some supplies to craft while you're there! I visited for the first time this past Saturday and was especially impressed with their yarn/fabric selection. But you'll also find a room of scrapbook supplies, picture frames, beads, paints, raw and finished wood products, needle arts, florals, papers, glues and the list goes on and on. Everyone was super friendly and the place was very organized. You'll have no problem finding what you need. Prices were dirt cheap and all items are obtained thru donation. If you have some no longer needed craft items bring them along to donate and they'll go to a good home. While I don't know what vision you'd have in mind for used milk caps - you'll find them here, as well as other ordinarily thrown away items (empty toilet paper rolls, pill bottles) for re purposing. It really makes you look at your trash in a whole new light. read more

This place combines two of my favorite things: thrifting and crafting. The stock is constantly changing, and is very well organized. Everything is also priced extremely fairly! I suggest this store to ANYONE who has even a passing interest in any type of crafting. read more

This is a really creative (pun not intended) thrift store. They sell everything from quilting fabrics to used paper towel rolls, from golf balls to old soda caps. Through a kid's eye, this place would be the best arts set imaginable. Everything you could possibly need for arts and crafts projects around the house can be found here - and for an extremely fair price. read more

We stopped in on our adventures to Amish Country and was impressed by the diversity and amount of inventory of creative items available for purchase. Center serves as a learning environment and a community center for the art. We were there primarily for the fabric section which was well organized and priced reasonably. If you are the type of person who likes to shop and seek - this is the place for you. While we were there, my wife got tons of area quilt and fabric shop tips from one of the volunteers that helped shape our fabric adventrues. Lots of other gently used art supplies and creative stuff. All for a great cause. Will stop in again when in the area!!! read more

Drove up here from Baltimore and they are not open. Two signs are posted they are open 10-2 on Tuesdays but no one was there.
