So happy to be here again in the city of Lancaster. This quiet little town has lots of thrift and antique stores for finding some new treasures to keep as a souvenir of our visit here. People here are so welcoming and friendly waving as we drive by. At first I would ask, do you know them? And my daughter would say no that's how people are here. They just wave at everyone, so then I started waving back, lol. Lots of stores, restaurants, parks and a church on almost every street corner, because we all need to be praying and praising Jesus I love finding those mom and Pop antique and vintage shops where you can find unique gifts or something for yourself from different times gone by. The pace here is a lot slower and it's nice to be able to slow down from the hustle, bustle of the big cities. Visiting from the bay area back in California its nice to slow down once in a while and enjoy the scenery. Love all the trees and greenery on the roads and highways plus they are so clean and very well maintained. Really enjoy driving here it's so calming and relaxing. read more
