I purchased four kazoos for my children…read more Upon receiving hers my little four year old came up to me crying because hers was not producing the same sound as the others. Upon my testing and comparing it to the sound of the others it was definitely defective. I returned to the store that same day and played the defective kazoo along with one of the others I had purchased for the store manager. She promptly and rudely told me it is still working and that there was nothing she could do for me. She was very rude, obnoxious and unwilling to help. Stating it would be a health violation to exchange the defective one for a new one because she could not resell it to someone else, to which I responded to ask her why on earth would she even entertain the idea of reselling a defective item to someone else begin with? She had said she could sell me another one with a 20% discount and so I agreed since I had a child crying in my vehicle outside. As we were completing the transaction she abruptly pulled the defective one from the counter and tells me in a harsh tone "there just take it". At this I thanked her and stated that I felt this was the right thing to do and again rudely she responded "the right thing according to you!" Definitely not worth the 1 star, however, unfortunately zero stars is not an option. After this horrendous experience I strongly advise you to spend your money elsewhere. Total ripoff!

The end of session concerts are amazing. Being on a real stage with real equipment gives the kids an unforgettable experience.
