The maintenance here is a joke and the property manager is beyond in way over her head. Oh, there's a camera and microphone in the office and anyone at corporate can log in and watch and listen to what's going on in the office. It's bad when you have to spy on your property management team at a property. I'd give this place negative stars if it were permissible. Avoid this dump at all costs.

Wow... I've never lost keys in my entire life until the other day, and this was including the…read moreseparate remote. Talk about FREAKED OUT! Where else should one go to find places to get good service but Yelp, right? I called a couple of places as this is my elderly neighbor's car I borrow... I have power of attorney over all her legal issues, and basically keep the car the majority of the time... and it's usually HER misplacing the keys. However, this time it was ME. Yikes. Not sure how this happened, and I spent literal hours searching the car itself (thank God it didn't lock itself as it usually does), my apartment and the grounds where I walk my Husky, and notifying the apartment manager to see if anyone had turned them in; unfortunately they had not. I searched coat pockets I hadn't even worn... went through the garbage (oh, the grossiosity!) and even the washer and dryer. Nothing. So, after striking out at the first couple of places I called... it's not easy getting keys cut from a VIN (vehicle identification number)... I called The Lock Shop. Bingo! I spoke with the owner, who was really sweet. He said he didn't normally do what I needed, as it's hard to get the info from dealers... but he'd try. The best thing? He'd only charge me $20! That was for coming to the apartment AND cutting the key! He said he was busy for a couple of hours, but would call me as soon as he was free. As good as his word, he did. He and his lovely wife showed up in their van, loaded with anything and everything they need for locksmithing. As I showed my ID and signed a small agreement form to allow them to do what needed doing, he called the dealer and easily got the info... surprising both of us. It took him no time to cut a key that actually works better than the original! This sweetie DID check under the seats and in the trunk to make sure I didn't miss the keys when I looked... bless him! It never hurts to have an additional set of eyes looking... I highly recommend this hubby and wife team if you need ANY locksmith jobs done. They're awesome people. They do it right, and don't charge outrageous prices. Give 'em a call. You won't be sorry.
