We took a lava there last summer to be repaired. It had shorted out a few times. They have a repair expert that does their work. We waited to hear from them about our lamp. When we did, we were told that it was not broken at all. Just needed a cleaning. We were not charged anything. The staff were friendly and helpful and honest, as was their repair man!
