Lambertseter Mall has been open for 5 years this year, and it has really helped change Lambertseter for the better. The neighborhood has become more vibrant and people from all over Oslo have a reason to visit. Obviously you will find more locals shopping here, but the truth is Lambertseter Mall do bring in more people. The mall has a little bit of everything, cafés, clothing and shoe stores, toy store, sport store, cosmetics and beauty salons and more! Most importantly they have Vinmonopolet (the liquor store), and a movie theater Symra which is quite nice. It is super easy to get to the mall from different directions, either by buss 79, subway 4 or by car. The mall has 3hour free indoor parking which is quite nice, and a few parking spots outside without a time restriction. These spots are often filled with people who work here so you might have a hard time finding a spot. Being quite new I am a little bit disappointed with the bathroom situation at this place. It is not enough stalls, and the bathrooms are actually quite messy throughout the day.
