First of all he did NOT introduce himself or shake our hands upon meeting us. Nor did he acknowledge the couple who referred us to him. Andrew spent the majority of our meeting criticizing our desire to prioritize our kids' college education. He told us that college was a waste of money and that our kids needed jobs. Andrew came across as extremely arrogant and had a clear lack of respect for higher education, particularly doctors. He bragged constantly about how much money he has, how he began working at a young age and how successful he's been. He made assumptions about our lifestyle, careers and our parenting decisions without knowing anything about us and without having any kids of his own. The silver platter service during the meeting and the red rose he hands women as a parting gift I found to be incredibly obnoxious, but not as much of an "ick" as the autographed copy of his book that he handed us on the way out. This is the first online review I've ever submitted and I'm doing so only because the experience was SO bad and so unprofessional. Andrew McNair is likely not for you if you value education, have kids, or want to be treated with respect. Possibly the most arrogant person I've ever met.

A check came back from a customer and when I called them to get some help, I experienced such unprofessional behavior. they would not provide any information to help me settle the situation. I was hoping that they would help me since the person that wrote the check was an employee and I did not want to have to go through the legal process. I found out later that they were gossiping through the credit union and proceeded to tell people that I had threaten them and then they threatened the employee with her job. If she did not fix i the problem. Needless to say they did nothing to help the problem and I ended up paying for the check. I would recommend that people do not use Pen air Federal credit union

The loan payment was successfully withdrawn for the first two months but not the third. While reconciling my accounts, I noticed the loan payment was not deducted for the current month or the previous one. I contacted them immediately, and they stated my file was "messed up," alleging there was no contact information on file and insinuating I had filled out the paperwork improperly. However, when they reviewed the paperwork, it was correct. So, they entered all my information, and I paid both payments, assuming everything was resolved. Subsequently, I received a 30-day late notice on my credit report. When I called them, expecting an apology, they simply stated I was late, and that was final. I explained the Auto Pay situation and their system error, but they responded with indifference. Despite explaining that a previous representative had corrected it, they insisted that was unlikely. I wrote a letter of complaint, to which they replied by claiming late notices had been mailed to me, which was implausible as they only had my contact information after I had called them. I disputed the issue with the credit bureau and paid off the car the next day, deciding I would never engage with that establishment again and that I would advise others to avoid it at all costs.
