They even charged me for x-rays they couldn't read. I didn't get an adjustment. I asked the receptionist why and she said that's the way it is. I asked her when she was going to file for a claim and she said you won't get any money back. I was flabbergasted. As I usually pay under $20 for the services I received. I immediately called my insurance and told them what happened. They said you shouldn't have had to pay more than $10. They contacted Doctor Lambe's office and the receptionist was very rude to them and wouldn't help. It has been 3 months and no claim has ever been filed. I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated and I highly DO NOT recommend this chiropractor to anyone and I will have to pursue a different avenue to get my money back. I have gone to a chiropractor for many years and granted, I had not been in sometime before coming here to Florida. LoL I've been going every week but now will go 2 to 3 times a week simply because I was out of alignment for so long readjustment doesn't hold a very long.
