Our menu was 2 kinds of ribs, baked beans, slaw, vegetables, and bread that was served in a buffet line for 100 people hot, tasty, properly cooked and delicious. I did not want to embarass myself by taking seconds but the food was good enough to take thirds. Our event planning classmate ended up taking a HUGH amount of leftovers which went to several church luncheons the next dahy. The wait staff was incredibly helpful but inobtrusive. The lunch at Panera that is half sandwich/half soup and comes with an apple (fresh fruit) is about 7-8$ and presents and tastes significantly better. I would only use this venue again if I was merely renting the space. Outside catering would be a must! Definitely will not recommend, sadly.
