I was actually asked if I wanted "antibiotics or something...". How am I supposed to know that? Thats why I wanted to see what the doctor thought. Unfortunately, after the first round of tests came back negative from the lab, the doctor had no feedback or further direction available for me at all - neither directly nor indirectly. This, in spite of repeatedly requesting such. Then, a month later, after giving up on the doctor and waiting for the condition to eventually go away on its own, I get a call from a clinic in CouerD'Alene asking to schedule me for a test. No idea where it came from. When I called to ask, they said it came from a different doctor at FHS regarding the issue they saw me for weeks ago. Still no call. No heads up. No check in. Nothing. My level of trust in FHS has been severely damaged at this point. I worry about having to see them again for anything potentially serious.

Dr Rust was my childhood Dr and now I take my kids here, In my experience they offer great care and if we need to be seen fast they always seem to squeeze us in. The staff is friendly and efficient, Erin or Dez are always quick to give you a smile and make you feel welcome, Brooke is always the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, Courtney is the best if you have insurance or billing questions and Jeanette will do whatever she can to make sure you have the best visit possible. The Dr's and medical staff have always been quick to help and easy to work with they are caring and we have never had a bad experience. Now remember this is a family practice along with an urgent care so your wait time may be a little longer then normal but I think with any Dr's office you have to go in thinking that your wait time will be at least 30 min or at least that has been my experience.

The medication is for tremors in my entire body, and I can't eat or drink anything without them. The bad part is I'll be out of the medication in two weeks that can cause seizures or death if stopped without tapering off, and when I mentioned this to the lady on the phone she just said yeah, that can happen and that I should find a new doctor soon. Everyone knows it can take months to get into a new doctor's office, let alone knowing if they'll fill my prescription that I've taken for years. My doctor Mary R was the best I've ever had in my life, but I didn't get the letter they said they'd sent out, so I'm in a bad spot because of it. It all seems very unprofessional and uncaring.

The Mayo Doctor knew what was wrong in the first 5 minutes. He said Dr Bloom should have not prescribed this drug at all. She now has life long medical complications. He has run pretty late on an occasion recently, but I take it as an exchange for the amount of time I got to spend with the doc. They might benefit from spreading their patients out a bit. All in all, smart, reliable docs (at least the one I saw) and helpful staff equals an operation I will definitely return to.
