Lakeside Care Services, operated by myself, Janel Wallace, works very hard to offer very good care coordination services. I have 11 years of excellent experience and am very knowledgable about the services available on the Kenai Peninsula and the Anchorage area regarding home personal care and medical equipment. I am an advocate for both my client and family members who have their loved ones best interests at heart. My clients annually have the opportunity to write a review about the care coordination services I provide. I have continually received very good reviews from many clients over the 11 years I have been a care coordinator. I have even gone to court to advocate for a client and her husband when a family member wanted to take guardianship away from the husband. The husband was very devoted to his wife and was there for her every single day, until the end. He was very grateful for my help but the other family member was angry.
