Also, when I called and asked are you taking new patients she said "yes." I then told her I am on disability and my children have healthy smiles cards and she said, "yes, mhmm we accept those but, we are full right now". I said you just told me you are taking new patients and so does your website. Again she says "yes, mmhmm we are but, we are full for those kinds right now". I have "never" been treated this way in my entire life by what is suppose to be a professional place. This is a doctor's office......... Refusing to care for my children's oral health because, in their eyes they don't need anymore people like us there. We are second class. I am disgusted. I am an educated woman and feel this is a very undesirable way to treat a person. I cannot understand what that conversation I had was. I had to call back and make sure what I heard was correct. I asked again, you are taking new patients just not patients like us, and she said, "yes". I think that says everything about who these people are. The part that doesn't make sense.......these dentists make the same money that they do for the same procedures whether it be paid by cash, insurance or gov't. They just don't want a certain class of people walking into their office. Disgusting humans! Maybe covid has or will affect your financial stability too. Are these the types of business' we should be supporting. People who won't see innocent children because of their parents financial means.

I'm still dealing with them and the pain 6 months later, and will continue to be stuck with them until late July. It took a month for the initial appointment, to book a consultation, which then took two months before they could see me, and then after the consultation they booked my surgery, for 3 months later. When I told them how much pain I'm in daily (It feels like my fucking jaw is broken) the receptionist just laughed and told me it's first come first serve. Apparently they've never heard of Triage before. At this point I'm frantically looking for other dental surgeons across Ontario because I just want to bash my fucking teeth out with hammer I'm in so much GODDAMN PAIN. If you need your care with any fucking urgency, do not accept a referral to this surgeon!
