My family was recently in the position of requiring assistance with a wrongful death action related…read moreto medical negligence and were encouraged to use Walsh and Associates. We found Richard's entire team to be very helpful from initial consultation, information-gathering, expert assessment, legal research and continuous guidance to effectively evaluate our case in terms of both merit and value. We were kept apprised of progress regularly as our action proceeded through a complex series of stages until a satisfactory outcome was achieved on behalf of the estate. We are very grateful for the services of Walsh and Associates and highly recommend them to others. A special shout out to both Richard personally and to Jill Tachell, who were both our guides and direct points-of-contact throughout the process.

Mr. Walsh went out to the accident site in the wee hours of the morning to access the wreckage and to help determine fault. (I've never heard of a lawyer doing this) His observations confirmed her negligence and he went full steam ahead on my case. With a complicated medical history to weed through, Mr. Walsh and his staff never got discouraged. At the end of more than a year of intense medical rehabilitation, I didn't have to face even more stress with insurance companies or outstanding medical bills. Mr Walsh and his staff took care of EVERYTHING and then some. In the end, Mr Walsh obtained an award for full policy limits of $300,000 for me. It was a miracle. I don't know why anyone would ever go to any other lawyer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Beware of bait-and-switch representation and zero trial preparation. I hired The Kind Law Group,…read moreLLC for a traffic citation and signed a flat-fee agreement that explicitly limited my representation to Edgar Diaz or Alexandria Garcia. Instead, without any prior notice, consent, or communication, they sent an unauthorized associate (Grace Thomas) to represent me at my trial. There was absolutely no trial preparation. My 'counsel' first contacted me just before the hearing. Worse, after the trial concluded, I requested my client's file and discovered the firm failed to obtain any formal discovery. They went to trial completely blind--without the citing officer's notes or any radar calibration logs. When confronted, Mr. Diaz admitted in writing that their strategy is to passively wait for the DA to send discovery, and if the DA doesn't send anything, the firm does nothing to actively request it. As a result, my attorney completely missed critical flaws in my citation during the trial. To their credit, when I confronted Mr. Diaz about the breach of contract regarding the attorney substitution, he immediately provided a full refund of my fee. However, a refund does not erase a guilty verdict on your record caused by an attorney who showed up unprepared and empty-handed. If you want a firm that will actively defend your case and honor its contracts, look elsewhere.

I hired Mr. Edgar Diaz to represent me in a traffic case and later an appeal. Unfortunately, my…read moreexperience was very disappointing and costly. From the beginning, my case was handled without any meaningful evidence development. I was never asked to provide photos, documentation, or supporting materials, even though the case involved an accident and physical damage that directly contradicted the allegation. I proactively sent photos, but they were never incorporated into any written filing or preserved argument. Communication was a major issue. I was not notified in advance of the appeal hearing, was not consulted on strategy, and did not receive a clear explanation of what happened in court afterward. I had to independently contact the court myself to confirm the outcome of my appeal. The appeal was argued almost entirely orally, with no substantive written argument preserved addressing the core factual contradictions in the case. When I later asked for records and clarification, I was repeatedly pushed to discuss matters by phone instead of receiving clear written explanations. In the end, I paid attorney fees, appeal fees, and the full court fine, with no meaningful advocacy reflected in the record. When I raised concerns about representation quality and requested a partial refund, it was flatly refused. This review is not about losing a case -- it's about lack of preparation, lack of evidence use, and lack of communication. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to carefully consider their options before hiring this attorney, especially if your case depends on factual evidence and detailed advocacy.
