Pete Fox is the audiologist on staff and he's great. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood what I needed to know in order to make a good decision. KC runs the office and she is so good to talk to about taking care of my hearing aids. The best!! read more

They are always near you making sure you are getting the most out of each exercise. The therapists tend to gently push you in increments that are able to do. I highly recommend this facility that is in the south side on the NOMS building.

After every visit, I left feeling invalidated but I stuck with him until I could get another referral from my family CNP. He never asked me how I was feeling or what type of care I was looking for. When he did ask me questions (which wasn't often) he never listened to my answers and continuously wrote me off. I never wanted a "band-aid fix," as in a prescription for a bunch of pain killers. I wanted him to figure out what was wrong with me! When I requested an MRI, he said I didn't need one because he was sure that my pain was purely muscular, which is absolutely not the case. I have had this pain for the better part of 10 years and it's only gotten worse. He wouldn't know that though because he never asked. When I told him the 2 different spots where I was experiencing pain, he told me my pain was only coming from one of the spots. I finally got injections in my lower back that didn't work and I found out from my new doctor that this first procedure was just a test to make sure they're treating the right area. Dr. Kumar couldn't even explain that to me. I had to find out from my new doctor over a month later! I would not recommend him and I'm definitely not going back. Dr. Hogan in Fremont is so much better and such a great doctor!
