I suppose that since I wasn't dressed nice, the salesperson didn't think I had any money to spend. A customer service person even went and told the salesperson I was waiting on them. She went ahead with ignoring me and even assisted two other customers before talking to me. I eventually got tired of waiting and spoke to the manager. The manager was super apologetic and super helpful. She dropped everything to make sure I was served personally by her. This manager made my bad experience amazing. Because of the manager, I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. So to clarify, this store is great and I will not let one bad service experience deter me from getting what I know will be a great experience from now on. Go visit this store if you want great customer service, and if you run into an issue, talk to the manager. She will 100% make sure it's good to go.

I think they seem to think this is somehow my fault, when I was at their shop TWICE to get measured before it was initially sent to the tailor because I KNEW the initial measurements were botched. Some staff seems to think I wanted a jacket like his for some reason....idk where that came from. I want a jacket that fits. This is what I spent $500 dollars on...amazing. Oh and the jacket can't be fixed (button holes) and no one wants it because the right sleeve is 1" longer than the left.
