Our experience as of late was the staff. Ive worked in customer service and if i had treated my customers the way these people did my family would have lost their business. It was like we were annoying them by asking for service. Eye rolling, snickers, sarcasm... wth? I expected more i guess from a family owned and operated business that has been around for quite awhile. The female staff member sprayed our table down while my son was sitting there turned the opposite direction so he didnt see her. She didnt ask him to move his arm, or announce her presence...just sprayed his arm and table! Pretty mind blowing. My advice to the Huikkos family would be to educate your staff in faking a friendly personality if they dont have one to start with. We wont be going back. I would rather give my business to the other family owned businesses in the surrounding area that appreciate their customers.
