A few minutes later, the man at the reception entered the bar shouting loudly: "Who were the guys who left the umbrellas at the entrance?" The way this was handled was disrespectful, aggressive, and completely inappropriate. The music and the party practically stopped because of the scene, and we were publicly exposed in a deeply embarrassing and humiliating way. There was no attempt at dialogue whatsoever -- only shouting, intimidation, and public shaming, reflecting ignorance and a total lack of professionalism. The attitude was violent and incompatible with a venue that presents itself as a space for the gay community, where one would expect at least respect, care, and a welcoming environment. We do not recommend this place. There is a clear lack of education, empathy, and basic respect for customers. I have never been to Black and White in "normal times" or pre covid times but the drag show for 12Euros was very fun and It gives you either 2 beers or one drink. I think it's a fun place and you should give it a try...
