I had an awful experience with this law office when I filed a chapter 128 in 2017. Communication…read morethroughout was poor and the attorney who handled it, Shane Cigel, appeared quite inconvenienced with being assigned my case (which I assume was due to the measly $1100 fee they charged me to file which - in my opinion - was grossly overpriced.) I made multiple attempts (actually around 10 with documentation to prove it!) via email requesting updates during the proceedings which all went unanswered by good ol' boy Shane. I even appealed directly to THE man himself - yes, I am talking about Greg Dantzman of Dantzman and Dantzman - who also chose not to address my concerns. I actually did complete the 36 months of payments however upon dismissal of the debts, things became even worse. I was never mailed the order of dismissal or any court records that could substantiate the debt was paid off. Instead, I continued to receive debt collection notices after the the fact which I did report to my main man Shane "I could give two f***s" Cigel who again, never responded to me. So, why am I writing a review on these shmucks over 2 years after the chapter 128 was completed? Good question! Because I just received a debt collection notice via email today from one of the companies I paid off in 2020! I seriously question the integrity of this law firm and if they even followed up with any of the companies with the order of dismissal. Per the folks I just spoke to trying to collect the debt - they actually have no record of any dismissal orders being sent to them! Moral of the story: I would urge you to look elsewhere for legal services and would not waste a penny on these fools. Now I get to spend my day off tomorrow going to the Milwaukee County Courthouse & attempt to obtain court documents and begin cleaning up the mess these shysters made! Thanks Dantzman & Dantzman!

just now Mr. Lombardo told me he "wasn't going to eat shit"…read morejust because I was reasonably upset after he informed me the treasurer may come after my daughters dad for the $4200 I paid him for the support of my daughter. He refered to it as a gift even after I explained the situation. It came to the point where he told me to find different representation. He said he was going to refund $300 for the filing fee. Which would only leave me out $400. Someone told me the fact that he talks so much isn't a good sign, I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt by retaining him. He refused to give me anything in writing stating he would no longer represent me and he was refunding the filing fee. I will post an update on that in a week.

During the outbreak of the Covid pandemic, I was working a contracted job through this agency by…read morethe name of Woodway USA, as a traveling technician. Woodway specializes in fitness and biomedical equipment, making their main clients gyms and medical facilities, among other highly trafficked businesses. The gyms were ordered to shut down and our department effectively had no work to do. I often found myself sitting at my desk for 8 hours a day, researching various components, and received very little actual job training, which I relayed to my handler Mike, on a consistent basis, as well as my supervisor at Woodway. The production staff at Woodway decided to perform a walkout over lack of proper PPE and safety regulations within the company, and they essentially conscripted the temps like myself to "help out". Meanwhile the rest of us who had been traveling all over the country, and even internationally were not allowed to quarantine. I mentioned that I did not feel safe coming to work, to my supervisor, and that I was not doing the work I was hired to do, and so would be going on unemployment until things returned to normal. I received a text message saying I was fired, like I was some kind of bad date. Did Aerotek attempt to help me find another position after this? Absolutely not, they gaslit me and tried to make it my fault for standing up for myself, and caring about not only my own safety, and the safety of others. I ended up winning a grueling, 4 month long battle over this, with unemployment, solidifying in my mind that I was wronged. This company does not care about you, it only cares about making money. Would not recommend.
