I continue using LS Chiro to keep me mobile and garden ready! Thanks Dr. Greg & Dr. Crystal!

Love everything about them. The office is always clean and inviting. The service is top-notch. And the doctors are all highly professional and knowledgeable. read more

I've been seeing Dr Crystal ever since she opened her practice... It was a great learning experience for both of us - me to find out how chiropractic can enhance your back & enable you to regain the flexibility that you had, before your brain took a leave of absence, thus injuring your back; her - having her 1st patient being a deaf person! Dr Crystal & April have been wonderful in teaching me about holistic methods & being aware there's other options besides the regular medical options in healthcare. Dr Veronica is now my primary doctor & her thumbs are fantastic while working on my neck. She continues LSCC's excellent care for their patients & always has a few minutes to help answer any questions I may have. read more

I am grateful for the excellent care I receive at Lafayette Square Chiropractic Center. Each member of the team is kind, professional, and provides expert care. I have had some health setbacks recently and they were with my recovery every step of the way. I truly value and appreciate the care I receive and regularly recommend the practice to my friends and family. My headaches are much less frequent and I am back on a path to greater mobility and stability than before treatments. read more

The staff at Lafayette Square Chiropractic are extremely professional, warm, and very welcoming. I love that a space like this is within my community. Dr. Crystal is an expert in her field, and her adjustments are healing. read more

The Lafayette Square team is great! They care for you as a person and not just a client or a number. I have anxiety with a lot of social situations, but I feel at ease any time I walk into the chiropractic office! read more

Dr. Crystal and the team are super attentive and give every patient the care they deserve from a very holistic place

As a chiropractor myself, I truly appreciate Dr. Crystal's expertise. She has helped me stay healthy for the past 2 years. My children are also patients at LSCC. They love to see Dr. Crystal and Miss April, sometimes it is a challenge to get them out of the door when their appointment is over. Dr. Crystal is very accommodating to my kids, adapting her adjusting techniques to their needs and their level of squirmy-ness. I would highly recommend Dr. Crystal Peairs and this office to keep your whole family's health on track. read more

I've been going to Lafayette Square Chiro for 2-3 years now. They are the 4th chiropractor I've tried since moving to St Louis 7 years ago - any by far the best in my mind. They are willing to share what they have learned about whole body health, but they are also willing to back off and not pressure you into supplements, etc. More than most I've been to, they let you progress at the pace and in the areas you want to pursue. Additionally, whenever I talk to Dr Crystal or April about results or things going on with my body, they do a great job at tailoring the discussion to my level - getting more technical in areas I am comfortable and more general where I don't know as much or I'm less interested. I was in a minor car accident a year and a half ago and we quickly adjusted my treatment plan and within a few weeks was back to where I was before the accident. I am convinced that my adjustments made a huge difference in the speed at which I improved. Plus, the office does a great job of adding a little bit of calm and peace in my otherwise hectic day. read more

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Crystal for 10 years. She has helped us maintain our health as well as addressed any issues we've had. After my last re-eval, April noticed some numbers were off. She said maybe my electrolytes were low. I bought the Ultima Replenisher packs and started feeling better after 2 days! Recently, my husband had an accident. He didn't have an appointment, so I contacted April, explained the situation, and he saw Dr. Crystal that week. We know Kara, April, and Dr. Crystal are always there to support us, ensure we are healthy, and suggest ways to improve our health. They treat you like family, not just patients. Of course, I have to mention the dogs. Arriving early to sit on the floor and give loving to their dogs is an extra health benefit they provide. read more

I wanted to take my time in writing a review so I could be thorough and honest. I was impressed the moment I walked in the door, from the friendly service and how they greet everyone by name as they walk in, to offering water in cups that can be recycled, to supplements if you're interested, to the scent of essential oils, and of course the sweet pups, I was so impressed. I loved the initial scans and getting to know you they do at the first appointment, very thorough and I felt so comfortable with April. The whole staff happens to be women, as well which for me is a plus. I've gotten relief after about 12 adjustments that I did not think I would achieve at all. I don't remember the last time I was this comfortable in my body. I'm more aware of my posture, I'm equipped with exercises and stretches to do at home. This business seems to be mainly educators that do happen to know how to make your body pop and bring you great relief as an added bonus. It's more than I could have imagined a chiropractic office to be. TL;DR I'm a skeptic by nature and was impressed by the friendly (dog filled) atmosphere, relieved of horrible pain, Am now SO more aware of my body and equipped with stretches and exercises. Couldn't recommend enough. read more

This review is long over due. But I cannot recommend this chiropractic office enough. Not only do Dr. Crystal and Michelle fix my spine (and help with headaches and sleep and knee pain etc...) but they care deeply about each and everyone of their clients. Being a healthcare worker, I need them during this stressful Covid time. They gifted me a homemade face mask to wear in the hospital. They offered to drop off groceries for my parents while I'm working overtime. The entire office is truly a lifesaver and I will be a forever client. Thank you all so much, from the bottom of my heart. read more

Just thinking about Dr. Crystal and April and Kara during the COVID-19 stay-at-home time, and hoping all is well with the team! Lafayette Square Chiropractic is a full service and professional chiropractic office that has the feel of a caring family truly interested in the health and outcome of their patients. Dr. Crystal's expertise is bolstered by the practice's holistic approach to health in general. The atmosphere is calm and supportive. For the past few days my arm has been tingling down to my fingers. Sleeping has been challenging from the pain. Today was my appt with Dr, Crystal and BEFORE I LEFT HER OFFICE, the pain was gone and it's been gone all day! Dr. Crystal and the entire staff are warm & welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxing and refreshing. With the information Dr. C shares with us, it's a great place to empower myself and my family to embrace healthier living. read more

Starting chiropractic was the best decision I didn't know my life or health needed! The whole team at Lafayette Square Chiropractic provide personalized, professional and life-changing care. As a two-time cancer survivor, I can honestly say Dr. Crystal has improved my quality of life and movement. I didn't have her for my first bout in 2012, but started seeing her regularly during my second chemo treatment earlier this year. Even though it was a rougher treatment for me, I feel I was better able to deal with the stress, bounce back more quickly and stay active more consistently. Her excellent diagnostic skills, gentle touch and holistic approach to health are rare finds. I recommend Dr. Crystal and her staff to anyone looking to take their health to the next level. read more

Found Dr. Peairs and the team after a pretty serious hip/low back trauma. They were so kind and patient getting everything setup for the first evaluations and visits. Dr. Peairs was very diligent and thorough to start understanding what was going on, and then begin treatment. She isn't the 'break every bone in your body' kind of chiro, but rather uses a low impact and very effective adjustment technique. Over time we recognized the need for supplemental treatments which she recommended and referred as necessary. With her comprehensive care plan I've gone from barely walking and back spasms which literally brought me to my knees to just finishing a three week safari and trekking trip. I can not recommend them enough...delightful, friendly and professional team of caregivers! read more

Dr. Crystal is wonderful. When I went in, I had been debilitated for three years. I'd seen other chiropractors, and I only had temporary results. And not very thorough results, either. Within a couple of weeks of seeing Dr. Crystal, I started noticing improvement. Now, just about six weeks out, I'm working out again and even considering running. She has great diagnostic tools. She's talented. She and April and Amy are just the nicest and warmest people. I can't recommend Dr. Crystal enough. read more

This place is amazing! Everyone is honest, open, helpful, and very very kind. The advanced technology that Dr Crystal uses really helps to quantify the progress being made. April really takes the time to go over the reviews and makes sense of all of the information. Kara is so helpful with scheduling and trying to accommodate life's craziness. Everyone is so sweet and fun loving. The costumes and contests and giving back to the community just put them over the top. I love going early to pet the dogs and chat with the ladies! They truly care about each and every person that walks through that door and you can tell that they really strive to give each person the best care possible! read more

This is my first experience in chiropractic care. Dr. Crystal is so knowledgable, caring and gentle (if you are nervous like I was!). Not to mention the fantastic office staff who learns your name and greets you kindly at every visit. Great place!!! read more

Love them! Dr. Crystal is a lifesaver. And the receptionist April is an angel with an MSW degree. Do yourself a favor and go there. You won't regret it. I have been a patient for a year and a half. I started going every week with awful weekly headaches and am now down to going every other week with very very few headaches anymore. They helped me through an SI joint problem and helping me with my scoliosis and everyday stress at work. They are just great people and truly care about their patients health and well being. I can't say enough good things about this place! read more

Found this wonderful chiropractic center while driving down Chouteau one afternoon. As a professional dancer (ballet and modern) I was interested in finding a chiropractor that would help me maintain proper alignment and prevent injuries. I have been completely satisfied and impressed with my treatment at LaFayette Square Chiropractic. Every appointment I've had beginning with the initial assessment has helped me gain better understanding of the alignment of my body and how it effects you on a daily basis...one of the first things I noticed was improved mobility in my hips. In addition, the customer service is beyond wonderful and friendly. Did I mention they have dogs?! You can even have a dog accompany you into your appointment. Being new to this city and pet-less, this made me extremely happy. I would definitely recommend LaFayette Square Chiropractic to anyone (child, young adult, adult) who is looking to improve their health within a warm, welcoming and family type environment tucked away in the cute neighborhood of LaFayette Square. read more

I went to see Dr. Crystal after my neck went out as it often does... and walked out feeling like a new woman! She is super knowledgeable about dietary and lifestyle recommendations that will benefit your health, and she sets great goals that are based on findings from the imaging/scanning systems used in her office. Really interesting and high tech, and nice to have a marker by which to measure progress. April, at the front desk is great to work with too, setting up payment and making new appointments... well, I've never had such a nice time going to get adjusted. I highly recommend this office! Oh yeah... no more neck pain either! read more

Dr. Crystal and Dr. Matt always make Chiropractic enjoyable. They are both knowledgeable about not only chiropractic but health and wellness in general. Because of them, my TMJ has improved, as well as balance, diet, etc. And Michelle and April at the front desk always make the scheduling/payment process super easy. And there's usually a dog around so it's fun :). Would highly recommend! read more

I have found the perfect gift for a bride, expectant mother, or any health conscience individuals! Otis and I attended Dr. Crystal's Healthy Heart Session and was surprise at how much we learned in such a brief session! Dr. Crystal gave a brief but colorful and informative presentation on the healthy heart. The session included complimentary blood pressure checks and initial health assessments for those who requested one. The cooking demonstration included food samples and a surprise dessert of huge strawberries dipped in chocolate, followed with good red wine, April, who has a Masters Degree in Social Work was the perfect hostess. The great ambience as well as a very informative and fun evening made me realize it to be a unique and perfect gift. Otis and I both highly recommend it. read more

Not only does Dr. Crystal give a good routine exam/adjustment, she finds the odd "trouble spots" and adjusts those as well. April does a great job with the re-evals I go through. Kara keeps track of my appointments, makes sure I have future appointments, and tracks when I need my 6 month re-eval. Not only do they offer great chiropractic care, and excellent customer service, they use "puppy therapy" with their patients. When I arrive, they let their dogs out from behind the counter. I get down on the floor and play with/rub the bellies of their dogs. This is a documented stress reliever. I've been going to LSCC for over 10 years. I have been healthier, reduced my back pain, and when I did have issues, Dr. Crystal was able to fix them. I love depending on LSCC for my chiropractic needs, as well as counting Dr. Crystal and April as friends. read more

The entire team here is amazing. Dr. Crystal is one of the best chiropractors I've worked with. You don't feel like a patient, but part of a family and they really care about your health. My entire family goes here and every one of us has had the best experience. read more

Nothing but praise for Dr. Crystal and her crew. She's helped me heal after some rough weekend warrior band gigs, and kept me aligned through all kinds of crazy work-related stress. Great care and equally great people! read more

I woke up with lower back pain and went on a search for a chiropractor and am thrilled to have found Lafayette Square Chiropractic. If you are looking for a chiropractor I highly recommend Dr. Crystal Peairs. Their office is amazing to work with, they prioritized seeing me and I was amazed how quickly my pain resolved after seeing Dr. Peairs. I love the awesome appointment reminders they sent by text & email along with the time & attention they provided me during the exam & adjustment. I learned a lot about my overall health, ways my body is currently functioning and received a plan on how to continue to improve my health and stay pain free. read more

I am so glad I found a chiropractor that my whole family can go to! We love the atmosphere and welcoming nature of the practice.

The most genuine and intelligent staff! I've had fear of chiropractors for a long time and I myself am in the healthcare industry. Dr. Crystal is open to discussion about these fears and makes sure to communicate every step of the way. She is able to educate in a fun and interesting way that makes you want to pay attention and learn more about your spine and your health. read more

I have nothing but good things to say about LSCC, and I recommend them to everyone! I have been a patient of various chiropractors on and off since childhood, and not only is Dr. Crystal one of the best, but the whole experience is a wonderful one. April and Michelle know who their clients are and make everyone feel welcome. You will quickly realize that they want to help you lead a healthier and happier life in all regards, beyond just coming in for your appointments. The main reason I became a patient was because I was on the verge of having my tonsils removed. I'd been getting strep throat and other awful forms of tonsilitis at least every other month for about a year. I know that your body can heal itself best when it is working properly, so I thought I'd try this before I went under the knife. I have not had so much as a sore throat since I became a patient, and I am SO HAPPY I get to remain friends with my tonsils. Oh, and my back feels better and my gym time is much more productive as well. It's just all wonderful results for me. read more

Talk about personal care! I have been one of a herd of cattle at my old chiropractor, sitting in the waiting room, being sent to a treatment room and waiting, waiting for assistant one to come in and hook up a machine, then leave me alone in the room, until assistant two comes in to unhook me and let me know the doctor will be with me shortly. I had to block 1-1/2 hours for appointments. At LSCC the experience is completely different. The office has a homey ambiance that is so comfortable and you are greeted by April with warmth and care, and the best part is that Dr. Crystal comes and gets you. I swear you can feel the love. My kind of place! read more

My husband and I entered Lafayette Square Chiropractic two years ago as a last resort without any idea of what to expect from a chiropractor. I had been diagnosed by a sports orthopedic dr with a herniated disk in my neck which was causing severe pain and extremely limited motion. His solution was to go to urgent care every time it flared up (every couple of months), get the steroid shots and Vicodin, and then when that stopped working do surgery which would require going through my neck... Not exactly a great long-term prognosis. My husband had a long time pinched nerve and limited range of motion leftover from the Army. During their intake process we put everything down that was wrong, even though I was pretty sure chiropractic care could not do anything (sleep trouble, digestive issues, heart burn, allergies, etc.) I also had reservations about chiropractic care in general from rumors I had heard and some YouTube videos. (I don't want to be twisted into a pretzel!) Dr. Crystal and her team spent more time with us than any doctor had in years, dispelling myths, answering questions, explaining everything, doing some high-tech body scans, and focusing on preventative care and the whole body and whole family health. This was a refreshing and surprising change from modern medicine where you're lucky to get 10min from the Dr. and where they focus on treating one symptom, as opposed to the actual underlying problem. Her team makes you feel at ease and the adjustments she does are tailored to each person, where they are in their journey, and what their comfortable with. We love it! Also, for the first six months I assumed Treme was an actual certified therapy dog that was there for the patients, which I though was a nice touch. Apparently, she's not actually trained, that's just her personality! My last visit to urgent care was in August 2017, I've lost weight, I'm now off all prescribed and OTC medications, and I'm healthier than I have been in years. My husband has feeling in his leg again and can actually move without pain or stiffness. Starting care here not only provides the best chiropractic care around, but also provides a network of caring professionals that are actually focused on solving problems and not just treating symptoms with the latest drug. We are a happier and healthier family! Thank you so much to the whole Lafayette Square Chiropractic team, both human and canine!!! I'm not sure what we would have done if we hadn't found you, but I probably would have had several dangerous and unnecessary surgeries by now. If your nervous about chiropractic care or think they can't do anything for you, I urge you to give them a chance! You won't be disappointed! read more
