We've had a really good experience here every time we've been here (3 times). The playplace is HUGE-- a couple of stories tall, padded, very safe, with lots of slides and tunnels and fun stuff for the kids to explore--and it includes a digital dance floor, an arcade, and food to order. You can also drop your kids off for periods of time. My 5-year-old loves this place. He can't be torn away. The one downside is that it's often VERY busy, and consequently a little chaotic. But if you're looking for somewhere fun to bring your kids (little kids all the way up to, I'd say, 10-12 year olds) this is it. Darla told me that she was going with a 4 year old girl there and assumed she was peeing. My daughter is potty trained but can't get on the potty w/out a stool and I assumed darla would assist her especially the 1st day. But she didn't & my daughter went all day holding it. she left it up to the 4 year old. She went all day without eating as well because she is scared of dogs and darla dogs and cried for them to be put up. My daughter also took her own blanket and pillow and doll that she needs to sleep and Darla didn't let her use that either. . And she does not make them wash there hands before eating or after going to the bathroom. My daughter was dying of thirst and the cup I brought was still full from that morning and my daughter said she didn't give her a drink. I usually do not write reviews but felt I needed to so that other parents are aware that if you do take your child there and encounter issues that she will just ignore you and not even call you back. She would just rather loose your child all together then deal with the situation in a professional manner. I've never seen a childcare provider not be interested in a parents concerns enough to even call and discuss concerns or problems.

I also witnessed a child being hurt by another child while staff failed to intervene appropriately. I provided specific diapers and wipes for my daughter, yet they were not used, and she developed a rash as a result. Communication and attentiveness from staff were lacking, and I did not feel confident that my child was receiving the care, supervision, and emotional support she deserved. Another concern I had was that some staff members also have children enrolled at the daycare, which at times made me question whether all children were being treated equally and receiving the same level of attention and care. As a parent, safety, responsiveness, and compassion are the bare minimum expectations in childcare, and unfortunately, this facility did not meet those standards for my family. Because of these repeated concerns, I decided to withdraw my daughter immediately.
