Set in a…read morebeautiful large Victorian building and over two floors I was really pleasantly surprised by how large the three rooms were. Unlike many other nurseries I had seen, even the baby room was big and bright, had its own adjoining sleeping room for babies, nap times and own outdoor area dedicated to babies. I loved that while the rooms were large, they weren't really heavily occupied. rooms were clean, full of amazing toys, activities and arts and craft equipment which kept my children really entertained throughout the day. All children have access to a really great large rear garden. They enjoyed growing vegetables, adventures on the climbing frames and tunnels, playing with the mud kitchen and scooting up and down on ride on toys and trikes etc. My children would absolutely crash out at bedtime after their days at Sunnyfields! Most importantly of course is the love and care of the staff at Sunnyfields. My children and I really developed great relationships they developed with the staff. I had three children attend - my youngest still goes. Staff are fantastic at communicating with parents, they are very experienced, caring, and patient. They have helped with any difficulties or anxieties we have had along the way and it's nice that they are a stable and close knit team. If you want a placement that offers a wide range of resources and lots of space but that still feels personal, more 'family-like' and less like a 'business' or 'exchange' then you have to put Sunnyfields on your list of nurseries to visit!
