We went back without reservations within 10 minutes. We got Kim! I can't imagine a better person to do it. She's a total pro and is opinionated when you want her to be. We had some uncertainties about placement and she knew exactly what to do. It doesn't hurt as much as you think! I would say the pain lasts for like five seconds just while it's happening and it's more like pressure than sharp pain. It was over before we knew it and then you don't really feel it after. The whole experience felt very customized and attentive, but it also went at a great pace. If I were coming back, I would make sure that we called ahead and knew that Kim would be there. She is a gem. We went because my daughter's friend had just had her ear cartilage pierced by Kim and highly recommended it. I hope they treat her very well!

He is an awesome artist. Then when Helena came along we immediately clicked. She is such a dope artist, but on top of that you want to find a tattoo artist that you just. vibe. with. I had some gift cards purchased for me for Christmas and then sent her money every so often and racked up 8 hours of tattoo time. We have been splitting the time up overall to do all these awesome tattoos. I have a lot of trust for artists who get to know you and your body and what you actually want which is just awesome. Our conversations are never ending and such fun. On top of that they have a big screen TV where we have binged Parks and Rec as well as 90 day fiance. I highly recommend a funny show when getting a tattoo. And she is FAST. So fast. Each time I think we are going to be spending longer and she just gets it done. I love this place so much and am so glad I found tattoo artists that make you feel welcome and comfortable and assist you with your ideas along your artistic journey.

I called them to ask if it would be possible to get a replacement. They said sure, once they got the old ring back. So, once they got it back and sent me a replacement, I had that put in, but they sent me the wrong size in the new ring. So I had to then send that ring back to exchange it for the correct size. And, after two weeks of wearing the new (correctly sized ring) the gems fell out of that ring too. After this time they made it pretty clear that they were done exchanging the ring for me and this piece of jewelry was "just going to do that." Don't get me wrong, I really appreciate their willingness to refund me in the first place, but considering that none of these exchanges were caused by me/my fault and they are the ones carrying poor-quality jewelry I do not think they were in a position to respond how they did. I would not recommend buying jewelry from them. It's not worth the money.

I looked online for a place to go in Spokane for earrings, I just moved here and needed a starting place. I always buy my earrings at tattoo shops because I like high quality and the style available. I walked in and the only jewelry they have was the standard rings and studs, none of the fancy stuff. That's fine, they sell what they want. The tattooed asked what I was looking for. I told him and said it didn't look like they carried what I was looking for. He looked at me and said that tattoo and piercing shops don't carry what I want, "I should go to Clair's". I went to another tattoo shop and bought a pair of earrings for about $200. Good job tattoo guy on being a judgmental ass.
