I learned it is store credit only within 14 days. I live across the country. My mother did not want the credit from this store. This is their rationale: 1. "It's on the receipt." So, you buy something, they give you a receipt after the fact, and, if you happen to read it after the purchase is done, you learn their return policy. 2. "If you asked, we would have told you." How this could be the shopper's burden is puzzling. 3. "We are a mom and pop store." They own 3 shops on expensive Saint Armand's Circle, so that is also an odd statement. If you want a store with a real return policy, please beware.
