This thrift store is actually made up of 2 buildings which are across the street from each other. One is called Ladders, the other is called Step Ladders.
I was really impressed by how organized and well laid out the stores are. Lots of signs indicating what you are looking at and where items are located. The clothing even had size tags on each hanger. I was shocked how categorized and labeled every room was. All of the items are in good condition.
I will start with Ladders:
There is a selection of baby cloths, toys, and equipment on the first floor to the right. On the left there is jewelry and women's clothses. If you walk past the women's clothes, to the back, there are household items such as linens, dishes, vases, china, pots/pans, silverware, etc. There was a changing room on this level.
-Upstairs there is a selection of wedding dresses right off the stairs, a room of purses, a room for men's clothes, and a few rooms (that branch off each) other of women's clothes. There was even a small room for socks/underwear. There are 2 changing rooms upstairs.
Across the street to Step Ladders:
There was a large selection of kids clothes well laid out and organized on the first floor to the right. There is a huge craft room, which then leads you to movies, electronics, jackets/outdoor clothes, men's exercise clothes, mens boots/shoes, and then to a book room (organized by genre). At this point you have wrapped back around to the front of the store. Here you will find women's exercise clothes and shoes. There was also a room for office supplies and even a room for education/teaching supplies (like homeschooling items or teaching related games etc.)
-There is a cute stairway lit with lanterns that goes down to the basement level. Downstairs to the right, there is a huge selection of holiday items. Lots and lots of Christmas decorations, including a wall of ornaments, holiday books/music, etc. There was also Halloween decorations and children costumes in this area.
-The other side of the basement had children's toys (very well organized with parts bagged up), and sports equipment.
Again, I can't believe how organized this place was! I have never seen a thrift store so well kept and laid out. The prices are great. AND all of the money raised goes to help Veterans. read more
