Jennifer was very knowledgeable & very kind. My baby had a tongue tie & Jennifer was able to give me a few tips, & refer me to a great doctor. She also did a weighted feeding to ensure my baby was getting enough milk. She was even able to come to my home so that I did not have to travel with a newborn. Lynn gave me the option for a virtual or in person visit. I suspected my daughter had a tongue tie. I asked for an in person visit because I thought she would better assess her in person. She wore her mask at my home. She assessed my daughter. I explained the pain I was having while nursing. She showed me some exercises to do with my daughter. Theybhave helped tremendously. Lynn is amazing! I needed help getting the baby off nipple shield and to get him on a proper latch so there would be no more pain! I had tried for several days to get him off with no success. After Lynn taught me how to feed him without the shield, he was completely off the shield from that day forward! A day after, baby was latched correctly and without pain and it's been that way since! I had 4-5nurses try to help me at the hospital, I also saw 3 lactation specialists at the hospital, I also went out to a breastfeeding center to see one lactation specialist two different times and nothing seemed to be helping but then I found Lynn! She came to my home and made me feel very comfortable! She was very patient and warm! She was easy to talk to and was great with the baby! I love how she educated me about proper breastfeeding and baby's cues and signals. None of the other consultants had given me such helpful information!
