I thought the laceys mediation will help me with my situation as in to build up my communication with my ex partner so that she could make it easy for our children to spend time with me as well as my ex but the mediator's have made it worse. The administration is very bad, I've emailed them for information and help but they never get back to you and when they do its always negative results. They are fully booked reason being due to them dealing with one client individually start to finish. no strategy no plan.
