Dana is incredibly talented across the board, but what really stood out to me is how she listened and delivered exactly what I asked for. That can be hard to find, and she absolutely nailed it. She is especially amazing at color correction. If you've ever had a bad color job or need your hair fixed, she truly knows what she's doing and takes the time to get it right while still keeping your hair healthy. Another thing I really appreciate is her honesty--she'll guide you in the right direction and make sure the end result actually works for you. Her pricing is very reasonable for the quality of work she provides, and she works efficiently without ever making you feel rushed. I booked my appt which was really easy, I inquired and received a phone call right away from Alonso. I gave him all my information, my inspo pic and what my hair was at now. Alonso was warm, welcoming and I could tell he enjoyed what he does and was excited. I came in to my appointment and from the minute I walked in the hospitality was unlike any other. I was offered food, drinks, consistently asked if I was okay and comfortable which really matters. I had been going to another salon for two years, which I won't mention the name and for two years, I was not ever able to get exactly what I was looking for and was told it wasn't possible or we will "work towards that", let's be honest hair coloring isn't cheap and who wants to pay hundreds of dollars for something they aren't satisfied with?! Not me. In one visit Alonso was able to give me exactly what I was looking for and was extremely honest with me and gave me multiple options and prices upfront, which was extremely important.
