Some easy parking along the way, we parked near the History Museum, which is free.

This park is worth a visit for no other reason than to get fabulous views of Lake Geneva. This…read moregorgeous lake is not to be missed and this park provides a great vantage point. Even beyond the waterside views, however, the park itself provides a nice green space with opportunities for tranquility in spite of the crowds of people who visit at any given time. The lakeside walking path is often full of joggers, walkers and cyclists. But that should absolutely not be a deterrence. It's a wonderful place to chill for a while, especially on a nice weather day.

He couldn't be poolside. So we spent our time by the lake, which was nice but we could've had that for free if we'd gone a little further down the lake. Apparently boardshorts are unhygienic....the 100 or so kids peeing in the pool is fine though.
