When I arrived at the lab they were unable to perform test…read moredespite bein on time and following all their instructions (apparently samples had already left for the day at 10am despite saying I could arrive between 9am-12pm. Had to wait for 25 minutes in their call center to request a refund and they said it would take them 45 days to process. Downright fraud.
