Not going back…read more First, they don't have a findable website, and so the only way to find out that when they say they close at 12:00 on a Saturday what they really mean is they stop taking blood samples at 11:30 is to go there at 11:45 for nothing. Second: Confusing and conflicting information about the documents needed for one test. Called ahead twice, then had to be persistent when they brought up the document again, on site, after they'd assured me on the phone it wasn't necessary. Third: I went there on a Monday to get blood tests done. I was told the results would be ready on Monday the next week. I then had 7 days to download them. I checked on Thursday the next week and got an unfriendly message saying "maybe the tests aren't done yet, if you keep trying we'll block your login". Same the next day. Called them, it turned out the tests had been done much faster, and the 7 day window had closed. In other words, their system is broken and none of the people there can give reliable information. Plus I still have a massive bruise from that test, almost two weeks later.
