We have been here previously with our toddler son. He needed to have his photo taken for an id card. We used to live in the area so it was convenient stepping in the shop. The service was good the few times we went in, once the owner dropped in, we had a nice chat, quite a fun guy, telling us about his son. Now a couple of years later, we have moved, but I drove especially to the shop to have my son's photo taken again for an id. There was a blond guy in the shop, attending people before us, so we had to wait. He was taking his time with each customer, which was a good sign to me, though my son got restless, but behaved well. When it was finally our turn, my son had had enough of the wait, and didn't want to fully comply. After two attempts, lasting barely seconds of his time, the shop attendant became more grim, telling me that he didn't have all the time to spend trying to take my son's photo, I should take the photo myself at home, he had plenty of other things to do. I should have remind him that the area is packed with kids and parents, a little bit of friendliness towards all customers would not hurt him. It's the last time I will ever set foot in that shop. Too bad, since I am a hobby photographer using a canon eos5d mark III for years, plus some vintage analogs, and am looking for a convenient place to finally print out 10 years of photos and have them framed to be used as artwork for my new home. read more
