But my closet is full of their clothing, and I have purchased cups, jewelry, air fresheners, tanner, and many more things. Their staff has been amazing during all of my experiences, whether interacting during a Facebook live or helping via email on a return or question. Their clothing is all super cute, affordable, high quality and comes in sizes for everyone. I like the option for Sezzle for when my cart exceeds my budget. I can't wait to visit the store someday!

I want to say that I had one of the nicest older cashiers the other day (that doesn't happen very…read moreoften). I had to dig my receipt up, her name was Pat. She was so delightful and great customer relations. I think I have had her before but a long time ago, now I just get cashiers that don't want to be there, in fact a couple weeks ago I had to bring something back to have a ink sensor removed that never got taken off I heard the cashier tell the guy in front of me he was tired. It was a breath of fresh air to have Pat.

Feeling Disappointed and Heartbroken This is something truly disheartening at a place that claims to be a place of healing and acceptance and even the other workers claiming to be a follower of Christ. The front desk attendant, who everyone loves, sissy, who is also disabled at the moment, was simply offering a prayer for someone in need. Yet, instead of compassion, she was screamed at and asked to leave, over the phone by another older lady who is a worker and supposedly runs the place, all while others around could hear!!???? Told if she wants to pray to take it outside??? Sissy was repeatedly getting screamed at and told to leave right then! she is disabled and cannot drive she was stuck there! It's heartbreaking to see such a lack of kindness and empathy in a place that receives support from church organizations. We must remember to practice the very faith we claim to uphold. All of this simply for following the Lord's prompts to pray for someone!!! I will not be bringing any more donations to this place or recommending it to anyone for now on. Typical free store but......... The employees/volunteers…read more'shop' from incoming donations without inventoring it in the system. I've seen them take Keurig machines, a nice baby crib, and other nice items. I've heard them tell other staff that they need certain items for their neighbor and etc.

It's always been difficult to check out very small area and there's always somebody doing company business at the cashier area and limiting checkout. I also don't like when they try to run you over when they're in the store. It's a bookstore. Worker shouldn't try push customers out of their way when they're walking down the aisles. And my God they mark up price is so bad on some of their toys Amazon is cheaper. eBay less expensive. They have a nice selection of books but limited in some categories. I've got made fun of one time because I asked about Cryptid. The worker looked like a Cryptid with all that weird makeup. She's laughed at me. Strange I guess she doesn't have mirrors in her home.

It takes me maybe 35 to 40 minutes from my house. Most of the time, I place my order online so it's ready when I get there. They always have the best products and at a fair price. When I walk in I feel like a kid in a candy store. Not sure who Mary is, but really want to meet her now.
