I went to get lab work on 11/20/2025 at the Byrne Rd location. I had trouble filling out the computer registry in the lobby. This nice customer kindly filled it out for me. A skinny black girl called my name. She directed me to the room. She didn't tell me her name. She did not smile. She had no personality. She was cold as ice. When she finished, instead of a bandage, she put this long tape around my arm so tight that it hurt. read more

The ladies working were professional, warm and quick. The place was clean. I was in and out in about ten minutes from checking in from my car to when I left. I had blood lab work. read more

Computerized check-in process took forever, then failed at the end. Waited for a technician to check-in at the window but was rudely approached. Not confident at all that the correct blood test was even performed. Waited for way to long, so if it was incorrect, I won't go back! read more
