This facility doesn't do "split testing", and when I was informed of my results they wanted me to pay $150 to have it tested again at another facility. I instead had to go to my regular health care provider and pay out of pocket to have them test me and essentially "Prove my innocence." I Will NEVER test at a LabCorp facility again. The staff was laid back and nice enough, however, the Rep. who delivered my results via phone was VERY DISRESPECTFUL. Never going here again.

Past Year: Skill Deterioration - Unnecessarily long and painful - since Ida the competence level has dropped considerably; - In November of 2022 the draw was so arduous I became faint and had to sit for 15 minutes before I was allowed to walk out. Past Week: Gruesomely Unhygenic 1. She stuck me 3 times to find a vein. Mine have ways been very prominent so it was just amateurish; 2. She ripped each tube off digging the needle deeper; 3. It was so violent MY BLOOD WAS ALL OVER THE COUNTER - isn't that a serious issue? (See carnage in the attached pic)

Luckily, I went on the last day my receipt was still valid. Whew! That could've been a pain. This is located across the street from city hall - convenient and easy to find. Because they had someone working the desk, I didn't even have to ask which elevators to use. The worker pleasantly greeted me and asked me where I needed to go. Nice!

What is strange is that the lab techs try to act as bullying collection agencies as well. Before they take a sample, they look up your account and say you owe $xxx. They don't give you a bill. They just say they want the money and they threaten you that if you don't pay, Quest won't do services for you. Also, the lab tech will not use Covid safety measures like washing hands after picking up her 1pm lunch or offer hand sanitizer. Shame The lab tech was rude and did not have a greeting. She wore no name tag. I asked her if she was vaccinated. She said she was and added "you're here now and there's nothing you can do about it." Closed for Lunch: 1-1:30pm but she'll be late anyway
