I go here every week since last August almost a whole year or will be until I'm done and the doctor might still continue these weekly blood tests. So at first I would come early right when they open at 7am and most days they can be a dozen people also there or rarely just me . It is usually busy from opening at 7am until they close at 2:30 pm so I learned it's best to go online and make an appointment , I have appointments now and even if a dozen people seemingly in front of me when it's my time I usually get called in right on time and I get my blood work and go straight home . Make the appointment especially if you want an early morning appointment . Three people that work at this one of many local locations are all really good at drawing blood . Painless good at what they do! They do make check in easy just make sure you bring your Medical insurance card and Pa. Drivers license you must use them to check in at automated kiosk machine . read more

I'm happy anytime I have to have blood work done. I like it to be here. The staff is always so nice and they make it very pleasant. I think it's easier if you make your appointment online first away, there's no delay . I had a very good experience. The only thing that's tricky is trying to find the place ! read more

Slow slow slow! I had an appointment for 10:45, my wife had an appointment at 11:00. I got called, and the young man doing the paperwork for my blood draw had no clue what he was doing. He had to ask for help 3 times. My wife got called at 11:00, she had her paperwork done, she went back and had her blood drawn, before my paperwork was done! I was in that place 45 minutes past my appointment time. Then when the lady came in to take my blood, she noticed a mistake that the young man had made. read more

Have an annual physical this Thursday, so showed up this morning for fasting labs. Staff was courteous and efficient as usual and took me second (I showed up first, but someone had an appointment at 7am and they took him first, which was right and proper). The tech was a very nice blond woman named Linda, who let me know my physician had not properly filled in the ICD-10 codes for my provider, and when I was billed to tell my doctor to fix it with the insurance company. She took my blood, it was quick and relatively pain free and said my results should be available in time for my visit, as the labs ordered were not complex. I thanked her very much and left. Was not there long at all. Again, this is a nice facility, unclear why so many of the previous reviews are so negative, unless they were confusing this place with another facility. This is one of the few labs where the technician can actually hit my vein! She won't stick me unless she feels something. There is a Lab Corp that is closer to where I live, and it is directly across from my PC doctor's office, but I prefer this one because the technicians are able to get my blood with one stick! Also, they open at 7:00 compared to others that only open at 7:30. read more

Horrible, rudely treated by staff. Needed blood work for an internship, and they kept asking for something according to the clinical coordinator for the hospital says not needed. Had all necessary requests and numbers and then they told me I missed my appointment, so I would have to wait Left. Quest is way better. read more

The wait was long, the technician was curt (if not rude!) and the only test kit for the test I needed was expired. When I asked when they might get new ones, I was told..."my boss doesn't order them any more. You'll have to call around to different Lab Corps and ask if they have any"! read more

Rude, unprofessional, zero bedside manner. I had to take my 2 young children there for blood work. The employees were fine with the exception of one moose, "Kim". I wasn't sure if the kids needed to fast, so I made sure they didn't eat (just incase). My appointment was early, but the monsters were starving as if I hadn't fed them in weeks so they were in rare form. As I held my one son in my arms while "Kim" drew blood, he began to squirm and wiggle to the point that I felt like I was wrestling an alligator. I held him still as best I could but after the first vile was filled, the needle had unfortunately slipped out. "Kim" then began scolding my son for moving and told him she needs to stick him again because he wasn't listening. News flash, Kim: he's fucking 3 years old.... He. Doesn't. Listen. Ever. Anyways, Kim had him so upset and made such a stink about him not cooperating that he was in hysterics. Like, just stick him again and get it over with, lady! I mean, I didn't want to be there and watch my kid scream bloody murder and hold him down, but Kim sure didn't want to be there either... and she made that pretty clear to everyone there. 2 other staff members came in and successfully helped to calm my son down so Kim could suck out the last few drops of my son's soul... errr, I mean blood. So, to be clear... I didn't go here expecting to be "WOWed"... I knew it wasn't going to be a pleasant experience because I knew I would be leaving the place with 2 crying kids that just got stuck with needles. But for Pete's sake, I definitely didn't expect Satan himself to be an employee named "Kim" working at a Labcorp in Langhorne. Don't go here. read more

Horrible experience. Skip to the last 4 sentences of this review if you want the abridged version of why this place sucks. I had to come here for a drug screening for my current job. I was pre-registered by my employer and I took the time to visit the website to schedule an appointment in order to avoid having to walk in and deal with unknown wait times during the work day. No matter. My 10:30 appointment turned into 11:15 without a word of explanation. I happened to pick up a form that mentioned Drug Test Registration in the heading, that was lying off to the side on the front desk and the lady working there said, 'oh yeah, you need to fill that out'. This would not have even been mentioned if I wasn't proactive. Finally, my name is called and I'm polite because that's how I roll- although I'm definitely annoyed at this point as I had to move back an 11:30 work appointment since I was 20 minutes away and it was 11:15. The lady then apologizes for the wait and tells me to come back and wait by the water cooler. I'm waiting about 5 minutes, when a guy in a white coat who issues the actual 'test' comes out of the room I'm waiting in front of and says 'excuse me sir can I help you' in a tone that said 'what are you doing there'. So I cheerfully said, waiting for my drug test. He stated 'please wait in the waiting room sir' like I had wandered back there. I was like sorry, I was told to wait here. He reiterated, please wait in the waiting room. So I did. 10 more minutes expired, when I hear the same guy say to the lady at the front desk, please send back the guy waiting for the drug screening. At this point, I walk back and nobody is there to greet me. There's a few rooms with doors open so I literally have to peek in rooms until I find the aforementioned guy who was sending me back. He is in there with a 'patient' and he instructs me to wait in room 1. Again, roughly 10 min pass by at which point another woman (not the original one at the front desk) comes in and I ask her what the hold up is. She apologizes and says that she would give the test to me, but she's a student and she can't. She then walks up front and presumably lets the woman at the front desk know that I'm annoyed. The woman at the front desk comes back, apologizes, and issues the drug test which takes approximately 3 minutes to complete. I leave the lab at 11:46. Cliff notes version: I had to take a piss in a cup for a drug test. The appointment was pre-scheduled for 10:30 on the website. I showed up at 10:25. They didn't get me out of there until 11:46. read more

I needed to schedule a set of routine lab testing for updating my medications. My current insurance allowed Lab Corp to do these tests for my doctor. Because - like so many other working women - I needed to make sure it would be the quickest appointment available. When I learned they offered an online appointments -they stated the wait time was greatly reduced if one did this-I scheduled, printed all documents and arrived exactly 5 minutes early on the day of the appointment. Waiting room full; it appeared most people had been there for a long time so I assumed they were all walkins. Went to the reception desk immediately to sign in; had a seat and began to fill out the new patient info sheet on the clipboard. Once she completed a task with another patient, I offered my completed paperwork along with the documents required as well as my ID, Insurance card and Credit card. She did not make eye contact with me but said she would "call me" for that. Left me wondering when she would have my info entered into the computer when they were ready when she didnt ask for it then. Sat down, waited, waited and still waited. Others went in before me and several others who walked in were called first. Still, I was patient. During this time I witnessed the most unprofessional crew of healthcare employees EVER. They were yelling back and forth between the front and back of the office; were unfriendly with most patients at the desk(unnecessarily), distracted, unorganized, loud and didnt make any efforts to conceal their dissatisfaction with co-workers, computer issues, time off or work load. They violated HIPPA rules when yelling out for the next patient to come into the back through a closed door. The receptionist never stood up to greet or speak with any patient and no one came out to greet the patient and most didnt know they were just expected to go in when their name was yelled out -they went to the desk and were told to "just go in" the door. Finally, after waiting for my scheduled appointment for ONE HOUR I walked up to the desk, staying calm and asked Please tell me how much longer will my wait be? Told me - well, (flipping through the signin sheet) it looks like we still have 4, 5 maybe 6 ahead of YOU....I responded, I have a scheduled appointment and dont understand why. She looked crooked at me and said OH you DO? my answer was, yes, it was 55 minutes ago. Her answer was ok guessed we missed that one. See we look for a time on the sheet...yadda yadda excuses....just looked at her and remarked. sure. ok. right. then she said they would call me soon. not sooner than 10 minutes later they screamed my name. Walked in through the door. Lab tech told me to go to door 2 and sit down. Just like that! She came in and made small chat before taking my blood. She had both arms tattooed (NOT that it alone was a problem for me)where even her gloves didnt cover...5 seconds afterward I was outta there-never to go back! awful, just awful for a professional healthcare facility... read more

My mother was sent to LabCorp for pre surgery blood work. She is hard of hearing even when she has her hearing aid in and is 93 years old. When she was called back to get her blood taken a man made a comment to her that "he called her 10 minutes" ago. The lab is situated across from a doctor's office that treats many, many senior citizens. I cannot believe that this man would be so rude to begin with, especially due to the fact that many who come to that lab are senior citizens. The woman who took my mother's blood was very nice and my mother suspected that the man was a lab technician. Upon hearing how she was treated, I wanted to pick up the phone and let someone know that his comment was far from being appreciated, however, my mother asked me not to. You better believe the next time she goes for blood work I am going to be with her and I hope I run into this individual! My recommendation to this LabCorp location, KEEP THE UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE SOB IN THE BACK AND DON'T LET HIM TALK TO PEOPLE. read more

I have been going to Lab Corps in Langhorne for about 2 months for weekly blood tests. As far as general professionalism, cleanliness, organization and wait times are concerned, I would say that they are neither great nor terrible, e.g., average. So for those factors I would give them a 3. I go there for blood tests, they test the blood and I get the results in a timely manner. So, they're doing what they're being paid to do. The area where they could use improvement is with their attitude. The people I have had interactions with there act like they would rather be somewhere else. Not happy, not impolite (with one exception), but not cheerful either. I had one man who, when I went into the testing area as I was asked to do, ordered me in a brusque tone to go back to the waiting room until a room opened up. I get the feeling that whoever is managing the office isn't doing much to keep morale up and ensure that the employees feel respected and it shows. read more

Do not go to the labcorp lab at 240 MIDDLETOWN BLVD., LANGHORNE, PA 19047 for your baby's blood work. They were NOT able to draw even a drop of blood from our baby!! Three people tried to find his vein and the last one, who seemed to be the most experienced in the lab, inserted the needle into his arm before she could even locate the vein. She twisted and turned the needle in our baby for a few minutes, making him cry so hard! She finally gave up and pulled out the needle and no blood sample was collected. She commented that it was because he was "well-fatted." Well, his weight is in the 90th percentile but does that mean all the babies in the 90th percentile and above cannot get their blood samples collected? This is not the first time our baby got his blood drawn. He had it in the hospital and the nurses had no problems doing it. Our baby didn't stop crying until 30 minutes after the visit. I think the twisting and turning of the needle in his arm made him sore. It was a horrible experience and a waste of our time and energy! We had to take time off from work to go to the lab and we spent 50 minutes there, nothing accomplished. read more
