There are two women that I've seen that draw blood here, one white and one black; I have used both and now I will not go back. They both are most UNSKILLED, UNPROFESSIONAL, and blatantly HATEFUL women to encounter. It was NOT an accident when the first woman after filling the vials, lifted the needle up before backing it out and tore my vein. After my scream, she then dropped my arm and just walked away without asking or checking to see if I was okay. She came back, and without looking at it, applied a patch of gauze and tape and only said "you can go". This bled for a couple of hours and took about 10 days to heal to where it wasn't red, and another week or more for the lump to disappear. Recently, the second woman threatened to do something of the same if I moved, then kept sticking me from inside the vein sliding it forward and pressing down for the whole time while filling the vials. I didn't move but my whole body was trembling to endure the constant pain until she finished. These two demonic women purposely inflict pain just for sport and should be investigated for elder abuse.

Then he sits on his cellphone speaking through his headset as if you wouldn't hear or notice that he's speaking through his mask. Once back for my fingerprints the lady was professional. The front desk guy came back in the middle of our session and interrupted placing another customers ID on the work area right next to mine. The location was convenient so I chose to come here. Next time I need prints I'll go on over to Noland Road.

Diagnostic imaging is top notch across the board. I've had to use them 3 times in the past two…read moreyears for 1) a broken foot i didn't think was broken, 2) a mobile mammogram, 3) an ultrasound follow up. Everyone just couldn't be nicer. They are efficient, front desk people are very friendly, the medical staff is very prompt, professional and kind. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my imaging. They show you your results immediately which is so very helpful for peace of mind, even with a broken bone. They also have great availability and later office hours which is so helpful. I'm very critical of most doctors offices and this business, this location and others, i can't say enough nice things about them. I'm not affiliated with the business in any way other than being a very impressed and repeat customer.

I told him the issue with my car and wanting an estimate to decide whether to repair the problem or trade my car in for a new one. When I took my car in, they did an initial inspection and gave me a detail visual of the issues and written estimate via text. Unfortunately, for my situation, the expense was more than I wanted to spend on the repair opting to trade in for another car. The service I receive from this shop was excellent and will do a good job on any repairs. I will definitely come back to this shop again for all my auto repair service.

A friends of mine recommended me this place to get it fixed. They did a pretty good job, but they weren't perfect. Getting a good mechanic is one of those relationships that are key to life. A good mechanic will save you thousands of dollars over the life of a car if you plan to keep it for a long time. DWCAR gave me a very upfront diagnosis (with pictures) and a fair price (not the cheapest but not outrageous either). They also provide a long warranty (I think three years), that you won't get with other shops. But they aren't perfect. While the amount of time they took to repair my car was acceptable, it is not quick. It seems like nothing with these guys can be finished in a day, even if it is minor repair. Where they also fall short is in the follow through. While they are good at taking a reservation, taking your car keys and and fixing your car, they didn't do a great job was keeping you informed when your car will be ready to go. They told me a time....but the reality is that they don't seem to know. They missed the timeframe a couple of times, and it was always me calling and asking. This isn't great if you have a busy schedule and have to uber to the location (as they don't provide loaners). I need to be able to trust their schedule. I think part of it is because of the amount of work they are taking on at the same time. The other thing is that they might not be investing in a person to do followup. If business is so good, why bother spending on that expense? At the end of the day, the repair seemed to be good, although I am experiencing a rattling sound from one of the repairs. I'm less concerned about the rattling that the time it will take for these guys to fix the problem (probably a loose exhaust clamp), since they seem so busy.
