I've honestly not been to a Lab corp in years. However, due to having another appointment at the dentist next door, I had no issue finding the place. It was located at the end of the hall. I entered to a room full of chairs and kiosk stations. Check-in and payments can be completed at these kiosks. After checking in i was called back to have my samples taken. Although I was scheduled for a 9:45am appointment, once I checked in around 9:15 or so, I was called back shortly after. There were about two other patients waiting when I went to the back. The process was very smooth. I am not a fan of having my blood drawn but I had no issues or discomfort during the process. The staff handled me with care and made sure all information was accurate on file. The results were also ready within a reasonable window. read more

Labcorp - Check-in kiosks - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Greensboro, North Carolina

It has now been 6 days since. Labcorp responded to me and here saying they would investigate, and the "appropriate person" would contact me . This is 1 more day than a Labcorp, published,- schedule work week. Reagan R. , who responded here, says they are a Labcorp business manager, can't manage to discover in 6 days if this location was even open or not--- a LOT of the Labcorp problem is explained. - If in 6 days business days a company cannot even determine if a location is open during its regular business hours and IF NOT WHY NOT? The problem is explained. -The Company doesn't care about its clients- much less getting new ones. -The fish is rotten from the head down- Maybe they aren't open at corporate either? So, whatever the problem I won't consider them at all in the future and suggest you do the same. Again, LabCorp continues to earn -0 read more

Worst place do not go to this location. Staff extremely rude and not helpful :( Does not answer the phone and very unprofessional

Had a difficult time getting my take home test. Received no label for the jug. I dropped it off with the drs script. Was told that's all i needed. I have no way of tracking the test and no way to speak with anyone. They don't care!! I'm switching to quest. Probably have to de this test again. Horrible customer service. If I could give them no stars I would. read more

Scheduled wrong location and they were so nice..fixed my mistake and did my lab work in less than 15 mins

Tried calling this location multiple times. Long long message required to get to a voice for help. Was told to wait until the end of the message to talk to a representative. ultimately told voicemail was filled. Really? I think this qualifies as zero customer service. read more

Came in for pre-employment drug screening. Be prepared to supply a LOT of urine. I was not but the tech was incredibly patient and kind and even got me a soda to try to facilitate the process. I wish I got her name because this review is solely for her. Very kind staff and I'll definitely revisit this location for future lab needs. read more

I had lab work done at this location yesterday. The staff was very fast to register me and take me back. The nurse talked to me the whole time she was drawing my blood to take my mind off of it. She and I had a great conversation. I was in and out in about 20 min. Will definitely go to this location again. You can get an appointment on line before you go, if you wish. I missed mine because of car troubles and was still in/out quickly. Walk ins welcomed. read more
